To make matters worse,he is the one who “tracks” time off and hours. He tried to deduct vacation time from me and I have to show him records where he is wrong to get him to correct it. He tried to take off 3 of my days.
Then today by pure accident I found where he was not deducting time off for other employees.
When he takes off all of this time, I am in charge doing his job that I have no authority or paycheck to do.
In general he is a nice guy, but I do not know how much more of this I can take! It is not just me who knows he takes off more time then he is allowed, it is running joke around the office.
i am afraid to tell HR or his boss, I am next in line for his job.
Anyone had any experience like this?
